Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or minor variations in design.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene and product nature, certain items may be exempt from return where applicable.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear depending on your bank.
